Cancellation and Refund Policy

Disclaimer YOBOH cancellation and refund policy is followed as defined below. However, these policies are subject to change, from time to time, as deemed fit, based on organizational regulations and policies. Please be sure to read and understand our cancellation and refund policies in detail, before availing our services. Any grievance or feedback related to this can be communicated to admin@yoboh.in. Please understand that your feedback is always welcome to improve our services, but the policies outlined below are crucial for our day-to-day functioning, preparedness and resource utilization. Your understanding is appreciated.

Mental Health Counselling and Diet Consultation Cancellation and Refund Policy: For mental health counselling, the customer is allowed to have the flexibility to reschedule sessions up to two times within a maximum given time, of two-months from the initial session date-time. For dietary consultations, rescheduling will be allowed to a period of 1 month from the date of the first session. However, there is a clear dependency upon the customer's health and physical condition. This means that, since the diet plan provided, affects the customer's physical health directly, re-scheduling for long duration leads the customer to take the session at a time when his/her physical health is altered from the instance of the initial session booking. This might lead to a need for change in the diet plans and the customer is bound to lose consistency. To mitigate this, the customer must try to attend the diet sessions strictly to obtain the best results from this service. For both of these services, we're happy to provide a third chance to attend the booking (second re- schedule). However, beyond this point, the session is automatically canceled without any refund. If a customer decides to cancel a session entirely, the company shall provide a full refund, as long as the customer intimates/raises the cancellation request at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Unfortunately, if the customer cancels at a time less than 24 hours of the scheduled booking, the customer shall get an 80% refund of the total booking amount.

Diagnostic Blood Test Cancellation and Refund Policy The customer can cancel the scheduled booking and get a full refund if the phlebotomist (blood sample collector) assigned to the customer for the respective case ID, is not in "out for collection" status. Please understand that the cancellation beyond this point leads to wrongful utilization of our resources, and false promises made to the lab associated with the case ID. It also blocks a slot, that cannot be reused for a patient who actually required the given slot. Hence, cancellation beyond this point is not allowed, and no refund is provided.

Radiology Cancellation and Refund Policy The customer has the option to reschedule a scheduled booking up to three times. In circumstances where the service is not utilized, the customer retains the privilege of getting a full refund, in adherence to the established terms. Furthermore, the option to cancel a scheduled booking is available at any point in time, and such cancellations will be accompanied by a full refund.

Family Health Care Package Cancellation and Refund Policy The customer is provided with the opportunity to initiate a cancellation of the subscription and receive a complete refund, but only prior to availing the service. However, once the utilization of the service commences, the options for both cancellation and refund become unavailable.
